Things I love about the 3G...
I figured I'd also post the things that made the upgrade to the 3G worth it for me...
- Twice the storage (16GB. I can actually carry a movie or two with me now)
- Twice the speed (EDGE vs. 3G)
- GPS (actually A-GPS... I now carry a map of the entire country in my pocket and a GPS to both assist with location services and mapping)
- Louder Speaker (both locations... ear & bottom)
- Ability to talk on the phone AND use the internet at the same time (in a 3G area)
- No longer a recessed Headphone jack. (I hated that on the original)
- $100 less than the first one I bought
- Wife needed a new phone and now has my iPhone v1.
