The tiger was helping Roy?

Siegfried was on Larry King last night and he put a spin on this whole story that I didn't expect. He claims that the tiger "...attempted to help his trainer offstage after Horn fell down...The tiger put its jaws around Horn's neck to lift him as a mother cat does with her cubs..."
